Citibank Internet banking Problem

Hi,
I recently opened a citibank account and got all my details through. I setup all my details for internet banking but,
I went to log on to the account each of the past three nights and got
"
I'm sorry. We are having some temporary delays. Please try again later."
When trying to view my account balance.
Has anyone else experienced this?
