Northern Rock ppi 'we will get back to you'

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same letter from Northern Rock.
I started the claim in Nov last year and have had some correspondence from them, asking me to fill out the same form I already had sent to them (which I downloaded from this website) and now have received a letter basically asking me to give them more time to look into the claim.
Any suggestions of the time limit I should give them before I demand an answer?
The loan was for approx 16K so the ppi on that is quite a bit.

Hi there

The normal timescale is 8 weeks, and I think I did read something before that someone else was required to complete their own reclaim questionnaire, even though they did as well on the FOS questionnaire.
They have already had more than the 8 weeks, maybe give them a ring and make them aware about the reclaim questionnaire you have already sent them and ask if they are dealing with that one, they may be able to give you an answer on when you should hear, good luck.;)
