LastMinute.com won't refund me, help plz!

First of all, it's not a lot of money, but that shouldn't be the point, I am just so disgusted by the way Lastminute.com is treating its customers.
I booked an airport to hotel shuttle transfer from their Trave Extras page in Nov 2010, and i got an email confirmation ref FM3500 from ResortHoppa instead, I thought it was a bit odd.
Anyhow, On the booked date, driver was no show, and I asked Lastminute.com for a refund, nightmare starts....
I have spoken to serveral of their agents over the phone (thank god for Saynoto0870), apparently bookings on their Trave extras section have no record at all in its system. I was put through to ResortHoppa but was told that they can't help me either becaused I booked from Lastminute.com, instead, Lastminute.com need to send them a message.
So I did again, this time, the Indian call centre told me to email their customer relations coz she can't help me any further, so I did.
After 1 month of no reply, I chased them, and this is their reply:
"ResortHoppa.com is a separate company who advertises their services on our website and booking confirmations. I'm afraid we do not supply nor share any booking details with them and vice versa. I apologise that we cannot be of further assistance in this case." Puls some other buxxxxts.
I am totally disggusted, I made this booking under the impression that it was carried out by Lastminute.com. During the whole booking precedure, no information was given that this was actually carried out by a third party company. Should I know this was not done by Lastminute.com, i woundn't book it in the first place.

What further steps should I take, folks? Should I threat them with reporting to ATOL? or trading standards? How can they say it's an ad? It was on their website, and all done in their website....

Phoodles, it is indeed Visa Electron card. Thanks again for the info. I just called RBS, and the call centre said they gonna put this under dispute, and that charging company, I assume will be Resort Hoppa, will contact me. I did ask her what if no one contact me, she said it could take up to 90 days....... Not very straightforward I have to say.0

Just an update and truly thank you to Phoodless. To be honest, I wasn't holding any hopes after my call with card company, so you can imagine my surprise today to find out it was refunded on 21st April, truly fantastic. Suck it, lastiminute.com0
