Hi,
Has anyone tried claiming back their charges when they have an overdraft? If the charges don't cover the overdraft and the bank closes the account, how can you repay the overdraft if you have a bad credit rating?

firstly they have to give you a little time to demand your odraft be repaid, and secondly none of mine have. I think the banks learned that they were losing the customers they made most money out of by playing that game.
Make sure you open another account somewhere else when you start to claim though, you can do that with a bad credit rating if you are prepared to take a basic acount.Debt £5600 all 0%0
