Santander rant!!

hi all, well heres my problem i moved house in june 2010 redirected mail untill early oct 2010 changed address with santander early september present date feb 2011 still not recieving anything from them?? ive been in branch twice to see what the problem was as there seemed to be one apparently not my new address registering with my account i called them this morning on the off chance that i might actually get somewhere and ofcourse my account adress has been changed but not my corispondance :mad::mad::mad:
so all my bank statements have been going to my old address (popped round this morning and they say they havent recieved anything)
im really angry and upset and feel ive been left wide open to a load of things and dont know what to do !!!!!
any advice welcome

well royal mail recommend you redirect for 1 year from moving date. I suggest you set up another redirect for another 6 months to catch any furthur errors.
I would not trust the word of the people at your old house.
Statements may still be going there and you will prove that if you set up a new redirect and they start to arrive at your new house.

Errors such as this are why we moved our accounts from Santander. Totally incompetent in my view.
