Hi All
Hope someone can help.
I have just spoken to TalkTalk Customer Services about changing my number and going ex-directory. We are having issues with unwanted calls but is not something we would want to report as a crime, which is what the advisor said I would need to do (don't think the police would be very impressed!)
The customer service advisor has just advised me this would cost £135 minimum!!!:eek:
Does anyone know if this is correct?
Thank you
Miss P

Choose to refuse? Anonymous call barring? Use Caller Display and don't answer those you think might be 'problem' calls?Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
