Hills Prescription Diet C/D cat food

I don't know if anyone else's cat has to eat this (for struvite crystals), but Hills are currently running a "Try for Free" promotion whereby you buy a 1.5kg bag and claim the cost back (up to £13.29) via your vet. My cat has been eating the Royal Canin S/O version and when I went into the vet's to buy more they recommended this promotion.
You need the leaflet from the vet which has to be sent off with the receipt plus the barcode from the packet. The refund is by cheque and will be paid in 4-6 weeks, according to the leaflet.
Hope this helps someone.

Do you know how long this promotion will be running for? As my cat is moving from s/d to c/d next month.
Thanks for the info.0
