Hi, I just wondered if anyone knows of any 2 for 1 deals at The Dungeons in York please?

Has anyone been to the York one and is it suitable for older children - 11 year olds?

Amazing what google can do!

Just found some at http://myexaminer.examiner.co.uk/promotions/2-for-1-at-York-Dungeon/

Thanks

I'd say for the average 11 year it would be perfectly fine (i.e not to scary/gory). I've been taking my daughter since she was 7.

dont waste your money on the Jorvik Centre, it is an expensive rip off.

The National Railway Museum is free entry, walkable so dont take a car, the car parks are expensive too.

I love York, there is so much to do. I live about 20 miles away and go often
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

We'll have to drive to York - we live 2 hours away.

Where's the best place to park near the Dungeons please?

Clifford Street Car Park at Cliffords Tower, it's about 5 mins walk, if that.

Don't agree about the Jorvik, we loved it and have been twice.

Agree though about the railway museum
