Help - missing standing order!

Hello, I'm new to this and would appreciate any opinions or advice. I have 2 accounts with Santander one of which is a 'bill account' which receives a monthly standing order from the other account to cover all direct debits and bills etc. Without my knowledge this standing order has been canceled which has lead to several direct debits being unpaid and resulting in penalties from a few of the companies plus a charge from Santander. I have endured several frustrating conversations with Santander's customer service department but to no avail. What can I do?!
Many thanks,
RB

Let me be the first of many to say this - move your accounts somewhere (anywhere) else! You don't need to look very far on MSE to see what the general opinion of Santander is.0

You could complain in writing to;
Abbey House
201 Grafton Gate East
Milton Keynes
MK9 1AN
Request that they investigate your complaint. They have 8 weeks to get back to you, and 5 working days from the receipt of your complaint to acknowledge your complaint.Best Regards

Many thanks for all your swift advice. I have written and emailed (just in case the written letter goes 'missing') in a complaint and am in the process of moving my accounts away from Santander which they are also trying to charge me £90 for! Best avoided!!

They charging you £90 to move your accounts? Sounds like a joke.0
