Blue Peter badges and admissions

Hi all,
Both my DDs have now won Blue Peter badges for submitting artwork/letters etc (elder DD now has 3! :j)
The badges and accompanying ID cards give them free admission into many attractions around the country. The terms on the BP website state one child admitted accompanied by a full paying adult.
Couple of questions - what would happen if I took the two of them & it was just me? Would they both get in with their badges? Also, was looking at using Tesco vouchers for Longleat for me & DH, but if we did that would the DDs be able to use their BP badges?
Just looking to hear others experiences of using the badges! Many thanks in advance

Hi
We have had only postitive trips with the badges. Both mine also have them, and they have always both been let in with an adult. The little book that you should have got sent with the badges explains exactly the ratios etc, but it has never been questioned. Some dont even state you need a paying adult.
I have also used clubcards for us and BP for the kids with no problems. Of the top of my head we did this for both heights of abraham and space centre with no problems at all.
I am also intending to do this for longleat at easter.Always on the hunt for a bargain0 -
Thanks for the reply Susie!
We didnt get a little book with the badges, just the ID card that you put the photo in. It was on the website that I found the bit about 1 full paying adult per child.
Good to hear your experiences though, will just see how we get on!0 -
Thanks for this, my kids have one for ages and I keep forgetting about it!0

We have used our badges at Monkey World near Poole - all 3 children got in free with 2 adults paying. It was also Easter and the kids all got free Easter eggs too!
I took them to Wookey Hole Caves. I am a student so got in cheap anyway, took 3 children and they all got in free with badges. This was a real result!
We also used them at Smeatons Tower in Plymouth. All 3 children went in free with 1 full paying adult and 1 student!
My OH took all 3 boys to Beaulieu Motor Museum and only paid for himself with the kids all going in with badges!
I am also interested in where they can go and get in totally free with their badges regardless of the amount of paying adults.
Has anyone been to @Bristol and could I get my 3 boys in free if I just paid for me or is it 1 child free per paying adult? Many of the attractions don't seem to mind but the booklet which comes with the badges does say it's mainly 1 child per adult.0 -
We went to Madame Tussauds last year (Easter time) and Hubby and I paid using Tesco vouchers and daughter went in free with her BP Badge.
Last Summer we went to West Midland Safari Park, we tried to pay using Tesco vouchers again but were told she couldn't use her badge to gain free entry (as we weren't actually paying with cash/card) so we ended up using the vouchers and cash to buy a family ticket for us all
Next day we went to Alton Towers and were wondering if they would say the same but no problem at all, and she got in free0
