Hi,
I checked with both sites, One site does not work properly and does not take payment (callcredit)

Equifax works great and showed me that the information on has not been updated on Experian.

Also there is a CapitalOne Credit Card taken out on an address I do not know and the data of birth that is not mine!!!

What do I do now?

As most companies deal with Experian, so I write to Experian to update the details or the bank?

Not very helpful from me, other than that you need to sort out the capital one scenario! I think call the bank, check it out with them, and then experian.
Anyone else got better advice?
