Parcel2go - are they rubbish?

Signed up for a US address through parcel2go. Since last week I have sent them 3 emails, and not had a response yet. 2 of the emails were to different addresses.

Has anyone had any experience of them?

Yup, several times, for me, all went smooth. Although, once, I recived a PC and the punk of a delivery driver THROUGH it out the back of his van, and then knocked at the door. A part broke in it, so I called up P2G and they refunded me £50. So there are times where they suck, but mostly good...

If you have a problem, then you could always call them. I never email anyone. Always call one on one and record the phone call. Saves so much more time and frustration.

They also have free live chat. Hope this helps!

It wasn't P2G that sucked though, it was the couriers driver. Remember, P2G is just a booking agent, they don't actually handle deliveries.

  • Another happy parcel2go customer here, used them loads, haven't had any problems other than 1 parcel was a day later than should have been. I phoned them about 5pm the day it should have been there (customer nagging) got straight through they really appologised had no excuse or rubbish stories, asked if i would wait until next day, then it was delivered the next day. i don't think that wasn't really their fault though more dhl tbh.
