I would think you may indeed have a knock on the door.
If you joke about a bomb at an airport you get arrrested - expect similar treatment - in this day and age it is no joking matter.0 -
It's actually more to do with governments and militaries rather than terrorists, there's also questions about medical equipment and nuclear power plants, if I recall correctly - it's in the standard Apple EULA at least.
Basically, they don't want to get sued if the computer fails in a situation that can cause death
(although Dell are one of the major suppliers of PCs to the US Military, I believe)0
