As listed in previous forums this company offers the Dyson DC31 Animal Handheld hoover - once order and paid for you never hear from them again. Phone message facility always full and emails not replied to. I have reported them to Trading Standards and am going to pursue them through the civil court system to try and get my money back - wish me luck!!

ordered a Dyson Animal DC25 on 18/02/2011 and also fell for their scam of unable proceed with order due to technical difficulties on their side and was asked to transfer the money direct into their company account or send a cheque. Checked out their website which seemed top notch and looked genuine so transferred the money. What a mistake - no communications on their side or vacuum cleaner received. Wish that I had seen the reviews sooner.
I have reported to trading standards but would like to pursue through civil court.
