    Doesn't matter one jot. All debts that exist at the time you go BR are covered, whether you list them or are even aware of them at the time.

  • As others have said: No, do not pay it. If it is pre-BK then it was included in your Bankruptcy whether you listed it or not.

    For future reference never support these kind of parasites by paying them any money. They make money preying on the most vunerable members of society, sometimes people who don't even owe the money in the first place and pay out of fear or confusion!

    If you feel a debt is valid then pay the original creditor and completely ignore the DC. Let these scum waste their money, wither and die.
