Lastminute.com and Malvern spa

Hi,
Im new to the site but feel I really need to RANT!!!
At the beginning of Jan 2011 my fiance brought me 2x 2for1 vouchers for Malvern Spa for a Hen Day with my sisters and best friend.
As of today we still have not received the vouchers and when we contacted lastminute.com two weeks ago to see if they could advise us if they had been posted as there are times that thing get lost in the post which is fine.
They informed us that we had to contact Malvern Spa as it was them who issues the vouchers well after another two weeks and around 15 phone calls (of which only 5 was answered by a person the others were voice mail) we have had no luck every time we have rang we either leave a message explaining our problem and requesting for them to ring back (name and phone number supplied)
and not once has anyone rang us back!!
We have again contacted Lastminute.com and requested a full refund and they have now said that they will contact them and give them 5 days to respond but after all of this I now really do not want the vouchers as if their customer service is this bad how bad will the spa day be??

WOULD JUST LIKE TO ADD THAT LASTMINUTE.COM HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFULL
