    Hi everyone.,

    Just to let you all know I got the job I went for yesterday!!!

    So happy its unreal

    rog i dont work in a cheese factory but what you have described is simaller to what i have... except i have 45min unpaid break and 15min paid and i get £5.70 an hour... dont knock it... thats a great wage for some... including myself as noone else will give me a chance :(

    Sorry PaP - I'm not knocking the wage as such - it is through an agency, and I know that if it were direct employment, the wage would be around £8 - £9 an hour, as it's for nights. Incidentally, the cheese factory was one of my customers and they use some equipment that I supplied.
    No PaP - it was the hours, plus the agreement to do 80 hours a week, that I couldn't accept:beer:

    thats ok rog... its just people put others in brackets depending on their wage... money isnt everything in life... i know you didnt mean that but it just touched a raw nerve thats all hug.gif
