It's actually a South African concept run by Discovery, a South African company and badged as a Pru product, who, I believe don't have a lot to do with the set up or running of the contracts. IIRC they feel they are returning to Marius Barnard's original concept for critical illness cover.I also believe their customer services or some head office part is based in south africa. Whilst this isnt a bad thing as such, i would prefer to speak to someone in the UKI am a mortgage broker.
