Hello,
Do any of you good people know a good email address for Egg Banking, preferably with a contact name who would action complaints properly. Just getting fed up being fobbed off by their general customer services.
I obtained an email address of someone important at Lloyds and it did the trick on a similar issue.
I hope someone can help.
Regards
Andy

Hello Di,
I have emailed the CEO and would you believe not a single repsonse in over a week. Do you know of any other addresses? Perhaps a customer relations one. The problem with the website is that you can only send an email through their internal secure mail and you have to a logged on customer for that. Thanks in advance.
