I won a competition with Purina and sent them my winning entry almost a month ago - I haven't heard a bean from them. I sent it Special delivery. When I rang them to ask what's happening they said they use another company to run their competitions and they would get someone to call me - that was 2 weeks ago now. I rang again and the girl made me feel like I was being a nuisane and just tole me to wait - so much for customer service.
I have emailed them 3 days ago and NO REPLY.
What a disappointment.
Does anyone have any ideas where I go from here? I take in rescue cats and kittens so this prize money was earmarked for them. I spend hundreds of pounds a year on feeding all the cats.
Purina know this because I put that information with my winning ticket.
Thanks

Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
