Joint account charges from 2005.

In October 2005 we went over our overdraft limit and incurred a £20 charge. Whilst over our overdraft limit a cheque was honoured which incurred a charge of £30.
Can I claim this £50, when the fault lies with us for the reason the charges were incurred?
Emyr Thomas.

Yes, go for it. I would say you have a very fair claim and because you are claiming for £50 probably likely the bank will settle your claim, I know they settled my £39 claim but my claim for £418 is stalling. GOOD LUCK!£2 Coin Savers Club (Christmas)- £86£1 Jar (Christmas)- £29Christmas Vouchers Saved: £1450
