Savings Account and Direct Debit

Can you have a direct Debit attached to a savings account (just looking at options of feeding my ICESave Account)
Money, Money, Money ..... Banks/Casinos/Bookies give me all you money its a poor mans world....

But Coventry First (albeit requiring £1Kpm funding & effectively a current account) certainly has D/Ds and is shortly going to be paying 5.6% - so you wouldn't fund an IceSave account from it just yet

some savings accounts do allow you more than one "linked" account though, so you can transfer out via BACS from the savings account to another savings account. I have a halifax websaver account that allows this for example. Cahoot savings also allows this. They tend not to be the highest paying savings accounts though.Indecision is the key to flexibility
