The One Account

I've been through a rough patch the last 18 months, and charges have been applied every month after the money ran out (Much better situation now though thank god!)

My predicament is:

If I sue for my charges back, and the bank shuts down my account, I could be out of a home!! Discuss........ (Mortgage and bank account combined)

You must consider all possibilities before taking any action.

There is a chance the bank could close the account, however I suspect it's unlikely given that it is a combined mortgage account.

To reiterate, you need to assess the risk and act appropriately.
  • The joke is as everybody was complaining and C/Card charges were dropped to £12.00, RBS put UP their charges from £20 to £29!!!:T
