update for anyone claiming with Halifax

I have just rang up to see progress of my claim started in October, have had response letters back from halifax, latest one saying that there is a delay due to the volume and that i can take it to the FOS if i wish.

Rang today and guy on the phone states at the moment things are halted because of court case and to ring back in 3 weeks time when things should get moving again, he stated they were paying out alot before october(when all regulations/court case stuff started) and things have slowed down since then.
