npower missed appointments

Options
npower have missed three appointments to change the battery in the gas meter they have been going to the wrong address after missing two appointments a letter was put through my door it was addressed to a property further up the road I advised npower of the mistake and they made another appointment and went to the other address again. So they have now missed three appointments all of which could have been avoided if they had simply phoned me.
How much compensation should I be asking for - thanks

You should not have to ask for compensation, they should pay you £20 per missed appointment and another £20 if they dont pay you (account credit counts) the 1st £20 within 5-10 working days.

    Hi trevor88

Sorry to hear about your problem - it's certainly seems odd that we're not coming to the correct address?

I'll look into this for you if you like? Just send your details to forumresponse@npower.com and we'll make sure we have the correct information for your property and as spiro says, you may be entitled to a payment.

    Best Wishes
