Hi all,
after recently becoming a new mum I was told about the benefit/award and have downloaded the form from the jobcentre website.
However I cant seem to find the address to where I return it too for processing, is it my local jobcentres or a national office?, can anyone help?

You need to send it to job centre plus, according to the link your local one

You need to send it to Wembley Benefit Delivery Centre. This is where the claim is processed, if you send to your local JC they will only forward it on.
