Mobility Scooter Batteries

My MIL's mobility scooter batteries (supplied with the scooter when new) have virtually died after just over 2 years - pretty much expected lifetime. I would have gone back to the company we purchased it from for replacements, but they have sadly gone bust.
Has anyone any advice about replacements, please - particularly good or bad makes or suppliers? Reliability is as important as price - I don't want her to be stranded a long way from home!
It's a Shoprider soverign 4 - pretty common sort of buggy with small wheels which you charge with the batteries in place (2 x 34Ah is what is in there at present) - but not the sort of buggy that dismantles for transport.

Somewhere on the batteries there will be a full type number, google it and you should be spoilt for choice from various vendors, dont discout ebay either, i picked up a pair of batteries for £120 delivered last year. I would avoid the specalist mobilty shops as, in my experience, they seem to add a high premium on everything they sell.At times any combination of my spelling, grammar or punctuation may be incorrect. Please do not pick me up for this as, after all, it is only an internet forum.0

I found a battery for my auntie on blue box batteries website. It was a really good price compared to other places so I would recommend looking there.
