How much for a new fusebox for a 2002 Clio?

A lot more than what the car is worth if you are going to pay a garage to do it, what is actually wrong with the current one?Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0

There is a fault somewhere in it. The car is a non starter but can be started by briefly connecting a bypass cable to the red terminal of the battery.
Just had a full service only weeks ago but they haven't done anything in the fusebox. I'm hoping it's something small like a bad relay or fuse etc.0 -
Rip one out of a scrappy, (or nick all the fuses and relays as everyone else does:eek::eek:;))
New isn't worth it as said before.:money:I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
I've had an autoelectrician look at it, he has poored boiling water on the bit where the relays plug in and cleaned some corrosion off the relays, and removed the diodes from the relays and the car starts now. He said I just need to spray everywhere with wd40 and replace the 3 relays.0

I'd have used contact cleaner myself, unlike water it won't cause corrosion and it will make a much better job of removing the crud from the contacts.I've had an autoelectrician look at it, he has poored boiling water on the bit where the relays plug in and cleaned some corrosion off the relays, and removed the diodes from the relays and the car starts now.
