You could use Preton Ink Saver, which is free at the moment. Set it to 70% saving, print a page, if it is not acceptable, increase the quality until it is, then print the document.
You can also set it to omit images
If you need to use the printer without Preton, tick disable the profile for this printer when the print option shows, which it does before printing anything

If you use iPrint you can print 2 or 4 pages per sheet, as the characters are smaller this should use less ink plus if your printer can print in draft mode you will save even more or use Preton Ink Saver as suggested by santer. You can also delete pages which are not required.
iPrint is now free at www.clicktoconvert.com/iprint/0 -
Do you really need a hard copy? There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.

All you need to take with you is your policy number and any phone numbers, surely?I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
But, if the white runs out, I'll drink the red.0 -
if you are going on holiday and have a digital camera save the file onto your memory card and if you need the insurance for any reason it can then be available to be read on a pc.
