Northern Rail (at Man Vic) using their brains!

Not sure if any of you know how Victoria train station (in Manchester) is laid out but there are two ways in to in - the main entrance and the entrance from Trinity Way.
In the time that i have been getting the train to work i have never seen anyone check tickets on the way out via Trinity Way - this morning there were about 5/6 people from Northern and a Community Police officer waiting to check peoples tickets as they walked through!! :T:T
About time to imo - i hear too many people bragging about the fact that they don't have to buy a ticket because the train is packed and they go out the back way.
(and before anyone says anything i buy a season ticket every month as it would be hassle (and far more expensive) having to queue to get a ticket everyday).
