My husband is very ill and he gets forms every six months, maybe atos knows of a cure other than a transplant for kidney failure(which is only one of his illnesses)?

Is there a question in your statement?

ATOS and the DWP need to know of any change in condition, good or bad and therefore a 6 monthly medical is necessary to ensure the customer is receiving the right benefits.

It is not incorrect information at all.

What I have quoted are real life examples of people that I know and have come across over the past 18 months.

If they say that they are re-examined every 3 months - I have no reason to disbelieve them.

I wonder if what is actually happening is the people you are talking about are receiving their ESA50 questionnaire 3 months after their previous examination. The questionnaire is then used to decide if ATOS need to see them again.

I know ATOS waiting times very well and find it hard to believe that they would be able to fit so many customers in every 3 months.

Either that or it just happens that the people you know and have spoken to are the rare cases of routine 3 month medicals. But that would be quite a coincidence.

I think information from someone who works in the ESA department on a daily basis is more reliable and correct than your incorrect notions andy.

I am sorry Andy, but I can only repeat what I am told. For the sake of not upsetting anybody I will now refrain from making any further comments on this thread.

    Now you have me confused.

My name is Paul and my wife is called Susan.
Who or why are you suggesting otherwise?
