I have 2 shirts which I have found in my cupboard from about 1.5 years ago (18 months).
-They havnt been opened,
-are in excellent packing condition.
-They have the Next label thought
-I don't have the receipt though,
-and the shirt style/pattern would have discontinued, 18months on, right?.
Can they change the shirts for somthing else?
and with your answer, are you assuming/guessing? or work for next?

i would be very surprised if they would exchange them for you, even M and S have cut down how long you have to return and thats a few weeks not years. if you returned them what would they do with them? they can't put them back on the shelf can they? i'm only guessing as i dont work for them
i presume this post is a wind up? if not chuck them on fleabay'We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time0 -
SUESMITH is spot on, they are not going to refund or exchange something that is not faulty and that they are unable to sell on.Gone ... or have I?0
-
ebay them!0
-
even if they would, which they certainly wont you would only get sale price or even worse reduced so low its not worth it ...0
-
Phone Next and ask them?0

Even if they did (prob. wouldn't though), you'd only get the last selling price which would probably be about £1 after this length of time, that's if they show up on the system at all;)
They'll know how old they are too as Next clothes have the month and year on the label.0 -
Stick em on Ebay0

Dont try and take them back, you will be ridiculed in the shop and you will be the talk of the canteen for months to come.0

Antiques Roadshow? :rotfl:
Only kidding +1 for eBay.Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
Thank goodness for your sensible people. I am a floor manager at Debenhams and you would be amazed at the stuff people bring back and the length of time they have had them. Everyone claims to know their rights and keep saying 'trading standards' etc. I once had a lady bring back a toilet brush she had been using for 6 months and she felt it was not doing a good enough job. I have also had people bring back solied underwear claiming never to have worn them.0
