You are entitled to a refund of the loan broker fee minus £5 admin charge by the broker to be paid within 30 days. put your complaint in writing, post it recorded delivery and copy your complaint to the OFT and the Financial Ombudsman.

Yes,it would seem that way!
But I now cannot work out who is worse - Banks or these lenders-NatWest let the money out of my account after 6 days,even though I have been speaking to them every day since Wentworth made the application. They would not recall it - Told me to go to the Police (Like they need to deal with financial fraud...)
Well, now the money has gone & my DLA paid for it, NatWest will be charging me for Wentworth taking me overdrawn.That will be another £43 believe it or not. That will be on top of the charges, they charged me, for them taking charges out of my account, when I didn't have any money in there (breath)- So, in total,this year i have paid The Royal Bank of Scotland £153 just for being an idiot & poor.
I've changed to The CO OP now- They don't let you go overdrawn & will lend money out at a reasonable rate.
