Ebay being idiots yet again

They suspended me on tuesday morning for 'trade mark mis-use' not sure how that can happen all items 100% authentic, i took the pictures myself, i have the items at my house, and i wrote all the describition i dont know where they get their ideas from. Its so annoying as i had spend few hours listing 105 items as it was cheap listing. And now i will probably have to spend weeks getting hold of them for an answer. Why do they do this :mad:

Yes it was the vero dummies no warning before just straight off without warning went to check my auctions how well they were doing as i had 100 items listed week before and sold 30 on sunday then listed another 105 on monday all brand new authentic lacoste mens trainers that i had recieved that day taken pictures described them how they were took my own pictures etc... then my account was suspended due to them i had 23 listed on there

Lacoste probably have an agreement that their goods are only to be sold by authorised outlets. To protect their brand and prices they will stop any other traders trying to jump on their private little bandwagon.
Unfortunately it looks like you've been caught here. Any chance your supplier will take them back - they'll be hard to eBay?

Well the supplier was selling them on ebay which is dont understand if he is able to sell them in bulk why cant i sell them per pair? anyone interested in buying any lol very nice trainers

There are people selling items now that are prohibited, doesn't mean they can be sold, it just means they haven't been pulled yet.

As for the poll, no ebay aren't stupid, they can just be a bit opaque at times.

As stated in the thread,it will be Brand Protection,lots of the big companies are now realising that there products are being mass produced at a fraction of the cost,all being at a fraction of the quality and dont want the price driven down by auction sites.
Have no doubts your products are authentic,i work in the sportswear field and know of many wholesalers who get container loads of stocks for peanuts,the brands want to clear stock,but now want to dictate where it is sold.
