Hi,
I had a letter from Lloyds TSB this morning, saying the calculation's were complete and the refund would be over £3000, reading further down the letter it states "Please note, we have paid this directly into your bank account and this will be available within the next 45 days"
Does that mean its going to be 45 days till the funds show in my account and are usable?
If it makes any difference lloyds offered the refund as a ex-gradia payment, i didnt need to go through the FOS or anything, just one letter and several chasing phone calls.
Anyone had similar to this? If so how long did it take Lloyds to make the refund payment?
Thanks in advance
Nick

Hi Nick and Well done!
This sounds about right then and if they say the money should be refunded into your bank account by 45 days then it should be that, however, its known they do pay out before the 45 days are up as well. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Thought as much, strange how its taken them about 45 days to do the calculation and now its going to take them another 45 days to make they payment, talk about dragging things out!0 -
