This deal all hinges on whether Asda still deduct the £10 off £35 code off the price BEFORE any multi save discount kicks in. PLEASE check this is the case before proceeding! If they do, they have 24x 440ml can packs of Carling on offer at £12.98 each, or 2 packs for £18 or 3 packs for £24. Put 3 packs into the basket, apply the discount code and this *should* be delivered for £17.99. Less than 25p per can!
I have gone the 'safe' route and ordered £11-worth of special offer products in addition to the Carling to bring the order after multi save up to exactly £35, resulting in me getting:
72 x 440ml cans of Carling
12 x Chicago Pizzas (6 boxes, 2 per box)
2 x 1kg Aunt Bessie Oven Chips
Birds Eye Simply Scampi 332.5g
Birds Eye Simply Fischakes
for £28.99 delivered. Mustn't complain...

Doesnt work for me, the multisave on the beer isnt shown.
3 x 24 pack of carling shows as 38.94Save save save!!0 -
Website glitch which Asda are aware of. You will be charged the in-store price on the day they deliver, which is £24 for 3 cases. Offer ends 30/11/06.0

So when they deliver the beers the price will be £24 they deduct from your account? No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30

As long as that is the price in store when you have it delivered (i.e. you have it delivered before 30/11/06) then yes!0

Surely that would also mean that the code for £10 off £35 will definitely work because the price at the checkout is showing £38.94. So it should come down to £28.94 and then they should deduct a further £14.94 later on. If they don't I think you're well within your right to argue this one.
Also, do Asda have the same policy as Tesco where if it's advertised cheaper than you get charged you get the product for free? Could work nicely here.0 -
No, they refund the difference and give you a £2 giftcard. They definitely used to give the £10 discount off £35 spend based on the total price BEFORE the mutisave is applied but I seem to remember reading somewhere that this loophole has been closed. Anyone?0
