Best business account?

Hey.... I'm currently getting a bit disillusioned with my Barclay account. I've used them for years for my current account and now opened some business accounts for an up an coming website I'm looking to launch. However I've had an ongoing complaint from last July still giving me grief (spent an hour of my time today on the phone...they lost my Payment Protection for my loan and now I have to run around cleaning up) and to be honest I've generally had enough.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a bank with a good business account? I'm hoping my website will be high turnover so I would need a bank with a hands on account manager who can generally help.
I was tempted by £100 switch to Santander but a quick look on here that don't sound like a good idea?

I would recommend HSBC for business banking.
I ran my business accounts through Barclays for many years but moved to HSBC two years ago following a series of unresolved problems.
I have found the Relationship managers at HSBC to be great and when they're not available you go straight through to a business team who are able to deal with most things straight away.
I found the HSBC online banking to not be quite as good as the Barclays system, but overall HSBC provides a far better service to my business.0 -
