What's the debt supposed to be for?
Either way, forget about speaking to these companies on the phone - nothing good will come of it. Keep it in writing only, and do NOT provide them with your signature.0 -
was for a personal loan , i offered £20 a month its just under £30000

When does this loan date from?
Send a CCA request to whoever's chasing the account now, but make sure it's sent recorded delivery (so you're able to track if they get it), and do NOT put a signature on the request - provide no signatures to these companies at any point.
In case you're not sure what a CCA Request is (Consumer Credit Act request), do a google search, and you'll soon find excellent template letters you can use.
Don't phone them, and if they phone you, keep repeating 'only in writing' until they get bored. Phone contact with these companies will resolve nothing.0
