Once you open a box you will find it hard not to finish them.Maybe get someone to ration your portions.

Thought i should update on my original post!
Quite like but yes they are shockingley high in calories 58 per biscuit and they are packed in 4s. they are shockingley high in fat too at 2.1g per biscuit... I was even more appalled that they might not be vegetarian... but can assure that the Honey and Nuts contain only vegetabel fat and not calf rennet!
They are nice and crunchy but I think not much better for you than other biscuits. I much prefer my oatcakes with fruit from Nairns which were on offer somewhere but I forget now where. I probably would nt buy again, but worth a try and I think reasonable value. Even better when 2 of you got for 50p!0 -
