As well as the usual flavours they had Honey and nuts and oats.

The honey and nuts has chocolate chips in and is yum.

I know I could eat normal cereal. But I don't like eating first thing in morning. And don't want to carry cereal and milk in to work to eat.

    Yours

hi i bought some last week -box was sl ripped so were reduced on whoopsies shelf to 50p , bargain,

i am vegetarian too and very stringent when checking ingredients, had a bit of a panic on-just been down to double check and I have the fruit and fibre ones-they are DEFINITELY vegetarian.

    Hope that helps

  • I'm really really tempted by these, but I wonder if they're actually just rebranded regular biscuits?
  • I thought I could get round a biscuit ban by eating these because they are classified as a breakfast cereal in biscuit form.
I thought they would be nutritional and wholesome but they are shockingly high in sugar and calories.
They are now a big no-no in my household.

I will certainally have another look - but everything I've read (including from Kraft) says they contain calf rennet (whey protein)
