what does drawdown mean?

I am looking at a certain company ( not to invest in...lol..) and the info i have found says its got x amount ot drawdown, and a certain shareholder has got 22.50% of the company's 'enlarged' issued share capital

basically in plain english what does hte above mean..

    money? shares?
    I think we need more context.

    It could be that they haven't issued all their shares.
    It's not unusual to have some to give out to employees as a reward/bonus/incentive.
