Now they have removed it for good. Only way is 0800 005500.The removal of the SWIFT/SEPA request facility from Citibank Online will enable you to conduct the transfer through CitiPhone/Citigold immediately resulting in an improved overall experience and service.
But, to be fair:
a. When I have done an outgoing SCT by phone, it was correctly and promptly sent;
b. Incoming SCTs arrive in 24 hours.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I tried to open an account a few years ago with Citibank and no joy - nightmare to get hold of 20mins to answer phone. Hopefully it has changed!0

Does anyone know what Citibank:
1. Would charge to pay M&S euro/dollar travellers cheques into their corresponding current accounts without charge?
2. Would charge for an online transfer of funds from their euro/dollar current account into their sterling account and/or a sterling account of another bank?
Cheers,
