New laptop user help

My husband has bought a new laptop. It has Windows 7 installed.
In the 'programme' list it says Office 2010. When I try to install it asks for a key. Is it there just to make me buy it.

Another question. On my computer, when I minimise a web page it goes onto the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Can I get the laptop to do the same.

Thanks in advance

  • Hi,

Firstly check that Office 2010 was part of the bundle you purchased, it may be that the CD key is missing. It tends to be that you should have some documentation that lists the CD key to enter.

With regards to your second question.....what does your laptop do if you click minimise? You've not said :)
