Wedding Insurance

Hi

My partner and I plan to get married later this year and I'm looking into getting Wedding Insurance. However my stepson has cystic fibrosis with which he does require inpatient treatment that is both planned and unplanned.

Looking at wedding insurers I've looked into they do not cover for the scenario where he has been an inpatient in the last 2 years and if we had to cancel the wedding due to him having to be admitted to hospital for treatment that we would not be covered.

Basically I'm seeking to find out if anyone else has been in this situation before and how they dealt with it or know of any insurers that would provide cover. I would greatly appreciate any advice given.

Many thanks.
