Need advice on requesting redundancy

I have worked for my employer for 6 years. The company has run into difficulty and they cannot afford to pay salaries anymore. So I am still employed but have not been given or offered redundancy.

I want to give the company time to grow and increase sales especially as i enjoy my job and would like to stay.

However it is coming up to 3 months now since i recieved my last pay. I want to give it 6 months. At that point what are my rights? Can i demand they give me redundancy?

They have been good to me over the years and I don't want to put the company in anymore debt, but at the same time I can't afford not to.

How are they gonna pay redundancy if they can't even pay wages?

Walk away.

I view employment as a free exchange of my time for my employer's money.

When their money stops, so does my time.
