Keep topped up with the tablets! By the way my lovely husband would like to know if he can come and live with you? He ADORES bull terriers they are his fantasy dog by a million miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So long as he pays his way for the lodgers room otherwise OH might get a bit suspicious that he is only there for a bit of the old.......bull terriers!!!!
Arnie is nearly 3 now and Casey is nearly 1. They are both cuddled into mekeeping me warm just now - the cuddliest dogs ever (until they get near one of their arch enemies but thats a different story altogether.....)!

  • I would offer to send you one of their offspring to keep your OH happy but unfortunately she was too young when Arnie managed to have a go at her so we got her injected - and I don't think we will be breeding in future as Casey has a bad knee which is apparently a genetic thing (and a common problem):( .
Your DH can admire from afar and you never know, I might change the pic soon so he can drool over an uptodate one!

Hi Annie, I've tried to pop in for that cup of tea and cake, but I've been a bit busy this afternoon:rolleyes: and, to be honest, I'm not much good when the conversation turns 'broody':D
I'll bet that tea's cold by now so I'll catch you next time:beer:

I can imagine. Arnies mum and dad live with good friends of ours and Arnies mum hates cats. Also, I posted a couple of weeks ago when I was very upset after next door neighbours cat was found in my shed (by the dogs) and unfortunately I found out the hard way that Arnie doesnt like them either. I think he wanted to play with the cuddly toy but it ran and didnt want to play with him. I was very upset.
I do think Bullies will be like most other dogs though in that if they are introduced to cats at a very early age they will be fine with them (ours had never even seen a cat before).
Bullies in Need is a great thing to support as unfortunately they do get mistreated by those that think they should still be fighting dogs when they have not been bred for this for over 100 years. It makes me really angry when I see those that have been mistreated or have fallen into the wrong hands as it is peoples perception that gives them a bad name (the skinhead/drug addict etc).
