Amazon Marketplace seller

I ordered a book from an Amazon Marketplace seller but was sent a cd instead. It was listed under 'Books' and described as 'Hardcover' so I expected a book. The seller does not reply to my emails and Amazon's complaints procedure doesn't work, when I try and complete the online form, clicking on 'continue' clears the form instead. Any one know how to contact Amazon to complain?

Telephone number for Amazon is 0800 2796620 (I've had that for a while - hope it still works!).

If you don't have any luck with that phone number Amazon now have a system on their site whereby you can click on an icon and they will phone you immediately - it worked for me yesterday (although that is all that worked - they have debited my credit card statement for an amount by mistake and now they want me to fax them my credit card statement as proof - yeah right, I am going to put my credit card statement on a fax and have it lying around at their end till they get round to dealing with it!). So good luck.
