Egg Savings account - missing funds question/warning

Hello, I made a standard online transfer from my Egg Savings to an external bank account of mine (Santander eSaver) . I've allowed up to 4 working days but the funds have not yet been received in the other account and this has been raised with Egg, who escalated to their "Complex Team" team last Monday 14th Feb. I have not had any response since, on whereabouts of my missing funds.

How/Where can I escalate this further (FSA/Financial Ombudsman ?) because this is becoming rather annoying and am anxious to receive my money.

I am also thinking of leaving Egg thanks to their poor customer service and trivial blunders such as this.

The error is just as likely to be with Santander (some would say more likely).

I have never had a problem with Egg transferring money to an external account, I do it every month!

But you cannot escalate until it has been 8 weeks or Egg have have sent a final letter.
