Working tax credit hours change help!!!

Myself and my partner havine been claiming working tax credits as she worked an average of 18 hours a week. She is now due back to work after maternity leave and her work has offered her 12-18 hours a week but have said more often then not it will be between 16-18 hours but sum weeks may be under 16! How will this affect working tax credits?

This may or may not be right but as long as the average is 16hrs or more, there shouldn't be a problem. I'm self employed and work all kinds of hours and when I notified them I was self employed, I was asked what my average hours would be.
