Car insurance claim settled against me

I have had a claim pending for nearly a year now after I crashed into another car. I have posted many times over the last year about it.
My insurance company have stated for months that with the witness statement they have they are certain of success and the other insurer was just making things awkward.
Basically I was turning right into my driveway and another car passed me on my right. As I turned I collided into it.
They have phoned me this morning and told me they are settling the claim as my fault. The witness statement was supportive of my account of things and he even wrote at the bottom that the incident wasn't my fault.
However, it seems he wrote that I "pulled out" and they have extrapolated that to mean I "pulled out from a stationary position."
Just very bitter now as I was looking forward to having my no claims bonus restored. Even more annoying is that if I hadn't provided a witness statement then they would have had to settle 50/50.
